Method of Application:

1. If there is existing plaster remove the plaster upto the bricks level .
2. Then remove all the loose concrete from the brick joints by water jet and clean the surface with 
wire brush .
3. In the SSD (pre-wetted) condition  Take up the first coat application with a stiff nylon brush. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating.ACRY L I C cementitious waterproof coating.
4)6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first.
5)Complete the application and leave to air cure for 2 days.
6)AFTER this new plaster will be done .

Method of Application
1 SURFACE PREPARATION
A )The surface of application must be thoroughly prepared by mechanical means, to remove all loose particles,laitance, etc.
B) Oil and grease, if any, must be de-greased with suitable solvents. It then must be washed off with jet of water and brought to touch dry state. Any surface undulations, cracks and crevices must be duly filled or repaired with
C)cement sand mortar mixed with latex polymers such as Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP / Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB.

MIXing
A)Shake the liquid component well to a homogenous milky colour.
B)Use heavy duty slow speed mechanical mixer fitted with a suitable paddle for mixing the two components of the
material.
}}In a mixing vessel, slowly add the powder component in to the liquid under continuous stirring. Continue to stir
thoroughly to achieve a lump free homogenous slurry.
3 APPLICATION 
A)I t is important that any pipe inserts or sanitary fittings should have been fitted grouted with suitable products well before taking up the application.
B)To grout pipe inserts, use Dr. Fixit Pidicrete 5M, non-shrink, flow applied cementitious grout to gaps around the pipes. Water pipes however will be best grouted by filling with polymer modified mortar prepared with
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP / MPB.
C)The surface of application must be pre-wetted thoroughly with water & brought to a touch dry state. Take up the first coat application with a stiff nylon brush. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating.ACRY L I C cementitious waterproof coating.
D)6 to 8 hrs after completion of first coat, take up second coat application in a direction perpendicular to the first.
E)Complete the application and leave to air cure for 2 days. A moist hessian cloth can be kept over the coated
surface to protect it from the effect of direct sunlight, in case of small open balconies or terraces, in bathrooms
and internal areas. Leave the coating without water curing for 2 days at least.

                                                                 Method of Application
A)SURFACE PREPARATION :
1.Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and
loose particles.
2.Ensure that the roof slope is a minimum of 1 in 100 to enable water run off.
In existing old terraces such as brick-bat-coba or screeds, the substrate must be checked for its
soundness.
3. Damaged or hollow portions, sharp edges, etc. must be cut and repaired with a
polymer-modified screed. Surface cracks must be filled with Dr. Fixit Crack-X or polymer-
modified mortar in case of wider cracks. Bitumen based waterproofing treatments must be
completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means.
B)APPLICATION
1.Apply one coat of  Primer (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) at the rate of 8 -10 sq
m/ liter. Allow it to dry for 2-3 hours.
2.Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat at the rate of 2 sq m per litre and allow it to dry before
taking up the second coat, Apply second coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat perpendicular to 1st Coat
with same application rate.
3.Minimum drying time between coats will be 4 to 6 hours.
Use final coat of Dr. Fixit  heat reflective coat with same application coverage

Suitable for all types of :
1. Roof slabs(flat and sloped)
2. RCC/ asbestos/ lime terraced roofs, etc. after suitable surface preparation and
repairs

4. Suitable for repairing existing bituminous membrane

APP MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING :

The APP membrane, short for Atactic Polypropylene Membrane, is a special waterproofing material that is manufactured from Bitumen. They comes in rolls. Each roll measures 10 metres by 1 metre and covers an area of 8.7 m² .
                                                                 Methodology : 
a)Surface preparation:
Cleaning the surface with water jet. Any loose particles to be chiselled of and then patched with polymer putty made by mixing latex with cement. If the hallor is found to be damaged then that to be chiselled off and again hallor to be done with Polymer modified cementious mortarw. If the screed concrete on the roof is found to be damaged, then that to be removed and concreting need to be
done with Latex mixed with the green concrete.
b)Apply and supply of Sika® WP Shield-103 P /dr fixit 3mm - modifying premium grade asphalts with atactic poly propylene and specially reinforced with non- woven polyester.
c)Apply bituminous primer to a clean, smooth and dry surface by brush. Unroll and align and re roll correctly before torching. Overlaps should be minimum 100mm.Use gas burner to heat the substrate and thermo fusible film on the underside on lower face of membrane. When the thermo- fusible film melts after torching, the membrane is ready to stick. Roll forward and press firmly against the substrate to bond. Heat both the overlaps and use the round tipped trowel
heating the same to smoothen and press into seam. All angles and abutments should be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage.
The edges should be sealed well into the grooves.
